These Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy apply to all purchases, bookings, services, programs, products, appointments, events, online courses, coaching services, digital products, physical therapy services, group sessions, Energy Matrix sessions, replays, subscriptions, memberships, and any related offerings provided by INUA Physical Therapy, Jason Marvin, PT, or affiliated service providers.
For the purpose of this policy, “INUA,” “INUA Physical Therapy,” “Jason Marvin,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to INUA Physical Therapy and Jason Marvin, PT.
By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, registering for an event, joining a course, enrolling in a coaching program, accessing a replay, subscribing to a service, or making payment to INUA, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not purchase, book, register, or enter into any transaction with us.
1. General Purchase Terms
All prices, services, programs, offers, packages, promotions, and product details are subject to change without notice unless otherwise stated in writing.
Offers, coupons, discounts, and promotional pricing cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
Promotions are only valid during the advertised promotional period.
Purchases are for the person named at the time of booking or registration and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or assigned to another person without written approval from INUA.
By purchasing from INUA, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.
2. Privacy Policy
Your use of INUA services, website, courses, events, forms, payments, and digital materials is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy before making a purchase, booking a service, submitting intake forms, registering for events, or accessing digital products.
3. Physical Therapy Services
INUA offers physical therapy services by appointment only.
Physical therapy services may include evaluation, hands-on manual therapy, traditional osteopathic-informed manual principles, movement-related care, intuitive assessment, treatment planning, education, and other services within the scope of Jason Marvin’s professional training and licensure.
Physical therapy services are individualized and may require intake forms, informed consent, health history, evaluation, and ongoing clinical judgment.
Booking or purchasing a physical therapy session does not guarantee a specific result, diagnosis, cure, pain relief, release, recovery, or outcome.
Jason may determine that a service is not appropriate for a particular person or condition and may recommend referral to another healthcare provider where clinically appropriate.
4. Coaching Services
INUA may offer coaching, wellness support, educational guidance, embodiment work, personal development support, Energy Matrix-related guidance, or other non-clinical coaching services.
Coaching services are not medical care, physical therapy, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or emergency support unless clearly stated otherwise in writing and provided within an appropriate clinical relationship.
Coaching is educational and supportive in nature. It is intended to assist with awareness, reflection, personal growth, lifestyle alignment, energy awareness, emotional pattern exploration, and personal responsibility.
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, participation, and outcomes.
No coaching service guarantees any specific physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual, financial, relationship, personal, or life outcome.
5. Online Courses, Digital Products, and Educational Materials
INUA may offer online courses, digital products, downloadable resources, videos, audio files, worksheets, replays, guides, self-study programs, and other educational materials.
All digital products and online course materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Digital products are not a substitute for individual physical therapy evaluation, medical advice, diagnosis, psychotherapy, emergency care, or treatment from your own licensed healthcare provider.
Once digital access, download links, course access, replay links, or login details have been delivered to the email address or account used at purchase, the digital product is considered delivered.
Because digital products cannot be returned once access has been granted, all digital product sales are final unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in writing at the time of purchase.
6. Appointment Cancellation Policy
To ensure continuity of care and effective treatment planning, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled, missed, or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be billed at the full session rate.
This applies because the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you and may not be available to another client or patient with short notice.
By booking an appointment, you agree to honor this cancellation policy.
7. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.
No-shows may be charged the full session rate.
Repeated missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in suspension or discontinuation of future booking privileges.
8. Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late to an appointment, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time so that the next appointment is not affected.
The full session fee may still apply.
If you are significantly late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation at INUA’s discretion.
9. Refunds for Physical Therapy Appointments
Physical therapy session fees are generally non-refundable once the session has been provided.
If you prepaid for a physical therapy session and cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, the payment may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment or handled according to the payment terms stated at the time of booking.
Refunds, credits, or transfers for prepaid sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Unused prepaid sessions may expire according to the terms stated at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Refunds for Coaching Sessions
Coaching session fees are generally non-refundable once the session has been provided.
If you prepaid for coaching and cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, the payment may be applied toward a rescheduled session, unless otherwise stated in the purchase terms.
Missed coaching sessions or late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate.
Coaching packages, containers, or programs may have their own written terms. If a specific coaching agreement applies, that agreement controls.
11. Refunds for Online Courses and Digital Products
All online courses, digital products, downloads, replays, audio files, video files, templates, worksheets, guides, and self-study materials are final sale once access has been granted, unless otherwise required by law.
This includes but is not limited to:
Online courses
Replay access
Downloadable video files
Downloadable audio files
PDF guides
Digital workbooks
Self-study programs
Meditation or energy-based recordings
Course portals
Training materials
Digital bonuses
If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, please contact INUA at:
We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve access issues.
Failure to access, watch, complete, download, or use a digital product does not entitle you to a refund once access has been delivered.
12. Refunds for Group Sessions, Energy Matrix Sessions, and Workshops
Group sessions, Energy Matrix sessions, workshops, webinars, live online events, and similar experiences may have their own refund terms stated at the time of registration.
Unless otherwise stated, all event registrations are final sale.
If you are unable to attend live and a replay is offered, access to the replay may be provided at INUA’s discretion.
Failure to attend a live event does not guarantee a refund.
INUA may choose to offer a credit, transfer, replay, or alternate session at its discretion, but is not required to do so unless stated in writing or required by law.
13. Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation
INUA reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule, convert, or cancel any event, workshop, group session, online session, or course.
If INUA cancels a paid event and does not provide a replacement event, replay, credit, or substitute offer, a refund may be provided for the amount paid for that event.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your registration may automatically transfer to the new date.
INUA is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, time off work, childcare, internet costs, or other personal expenses related to attending or attempting to attend an event.
14. Subscriptions, Memberships, and Recurring Payments
INUA may offer subscriptions, memberships, payment plans, recurring coaching containers, course memberships, or ongoing digital access in the future.
If you purchase a subscription or recurring service, the recurring billing terms, amount, frequency, renewal period, cancellation terms, and access terms will be disclosed at or before checkout.
By purchasing a subscription or recurring service, you authorize INUA or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the disclosed billing terms.
If you subscribed online, you must be provided with a reasonable online cancellation method or clear cancellation instructions.
Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring charges, but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already charged, services already provided, or access already granted unless stated otherwise or required by law.
15. Payment Plans
If a product, course, coaching program, membership, or service is purchased using a payment plan, you are responsible for all payments agreed to at the time of purchase.
A payment plan is not the same as a monthly cancel-anytime subscription unless specifically stated.
If you enter a payment plan for a fixed program or package, you agree to pay the full agreed purchase amount, even if you do not complete the program, attend all sessions, use all materials, or continue participating.
If a payment fails, access to services, course materials, digital products, sessions, or program benefits may be paused or removed until the account is brought current.
Failure to use the product or service does not cancel your payment obligation.
16. Failed Payments and Outstanding Balances
If your payment method is declined, expired, disputed, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, you remain responsible for the unpaid balance.
INUA may attempt to process the payment again or contact you to update your payment method.
Unpaid balances may result in suspension of access, cancellation of appointments, denial of future bookings, removal from programs, or referral for collection where legally permitted.
You agree to pay reasonable costs associated with collecting unpaid balances, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an error with a charge, please contact INUA first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.
By purchasing from INUA, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered, appointments missed under the cancellation policy, digital products delivered, courses accessed, payment plan amounts owed, or products/services properly provided according to these terms.
This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
18. Gift Certificates, Gift Cards, and Coupons
INUA may offer gift certificates, gift cards, coupons, discounts, or promotional codes.
Gift certificates and gift cards are subject to applicable California law.
Coupons and promotional codes have no cash value and may only be used during the stated promotional period unless otherwise stated.
Coupons and promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
Promotional offers may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Gift certificates and gift cards may not be used for services that are not clinically appropriate, unavailable, or outside INUA’s scope.
19. Bonuses and Promotional Items
From time to time, INUA may offer bonuses, free gifts, bonus sessions, replay access, course bonuses, or promotional materials with a purchase.
Bonuses have no cash value.
Bonuses are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable unless stated in writing.
If a product or program is refunded, canceled, or credited, INUA may revoke access to any bonuses connected to that purchase.
Bonuses may be substituted with items of equal or greater value at INUA’s discretion.
20. Technical Access Issues
If you have trouble accessing a digital product, course, replay, or online session, contact:
Please include your name, purchase email, product name, and a description of the issue.
INUA will make reasonable efforts to help resolve technical access problems.
INUA is not responsible for access issues caused by your device, email settings, spam filters, internet connection, software, browser, third-party platforms, or failure to follow access instructions.
21. Intellectual Property
All INUA materials, including videos, replays, courses, downloads, worksheets, audio files, guides, frameworks, exercises, session materials, written content, graphics, logos, branding, and digital resources are owned by INUA or used with permission.
Purchasing or accessing materials gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license for your own personal use only.
You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, reproduce, upload, teach, train others from, modify, publish, license, or create derivative works from INUA materials without written permission.
Replay links, course logins, download links, and private materials may not be shared with anyone else.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.
22. Recordings and Replays
Some online sessions, Energy Matrix sessions, webinars, workshops, coaching programs, or group experiences may be recorded.
By participating in a recorded session, you understand that your name, image, voice, chat messages, comments, or questions may be captured if you choose to participate, speak, appear on camera, or use chat.
You may choose to keep your camera off, mute yourself, use initials, or limit personal sharing.
Replays may be provided to registered participants for educational purposes.
Participants may not record, screenshot, download, copy, repost, sell, distribute, or share any session, replay, chat, or participant information without written permission.
23. Confidentiality in Group Settings
INUA asks all participants in group sessions, Energy Matrix sessions, workshops, coaching groups, and online communities to respect the privacy of others.
You agree not to share another participant’s name, story, health information, comments, image, voice, or personal details outside the group without permission.
Because group settings involve other participants, INUA cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.
Please use discretion when sharing personal, medical, emotional, or sensitive information in group spaces.
24. No Recording by Participants
You may not audio record, video record, screen record, photograph, screenshot, livestream, repost, or publicly share any INUA session, event, workshop, group session, coaching session, course, or replay without written permission.
This rule exists to protect privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, and the integrity of the work.
Violation may result in removal without refund.
25. No Solicitation Policy
INUA group sessions, online communities, Energy Matrix sessions, workshops, courses, events, and digital spaces are intended for learning, healing, reflection, and respectful participation.
You may not use these spaces to solicit, advertise, recruit, sell, promote, pitch, or market your own products, services, groups, communities, coaching, healing services, events, or business opportunities unless written permission has been granted.
Prohibited activities include:
Promoting unrelated products or services
Recruiting clients or participants
Sending unsolicited private messages
Posting unauthorized links
Creating side groups from INUA participant lists
Selling or offering competing services
Using participant information for marketing
Disrupting the session or group experience
INUA may remove anyone who violates this policy without refund.
26. Participant Conduct
You agree to participate respectfully in all appointments, events, group sessions, online communities, courses, and communications.
INUA reserves the right to refuse service, cancel participation, remove access, or discontinue services if a person behaves in a way that is abusive, threatening, inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, harassing, or not aligned with the purpose of the space.
Removal for misconduct does not entitle you to a refund.
27. Health and Safety Responsibility
You are responsible for listening to your body, communicating discomfort, asking questions, and stopping participation if something does not feel safe.
For online or self-guided materials, you are responsible for creating a safe physical environment and modifying or stopping any practice that causes discomfort, distress, dizziness, pain, emotional overwhelm, or concern.
INUA materials and sessions are not emergency support.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe symptoms, suicidal thoughts, crisis, acute injury, chest pain, breathing difficulty, severe pain, or sudden neurological symptoms, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care.
28. No Guarantee of Results
INUA makes no guarantee that you will experience any specific result from physical therapy, coaching, Energy Matrix sessions, workshops, courses, digital products, replays, or educational materials.
We do not guarantee pain relief, healing, recovery, emotional release, energetic release, improved movement, financial results, relationship results, spiritual outcomes, personal transformation, or any particular life change.
Testimonials, stories, examples, or prior client experiences are individual results and should not be interpreted as typical, promised, guaranteed, or expected.
Your results depend on many factors, including your condition, health history, participation, readiness, consistency, lifestyle, stress level, medical complexity, and other circumstances outside INUA’s control.
29. Medical and Professional Disclaimer
Physical therapy services are provided within the professional scope of Jason Marvin’s training and licensure.
Coaching, Energy Matrix sessions, online courses, replays, and digital products are educational and supportive unless specifically provided as part of an individual physical therapy relationship.
INUA does not provide medical diagnosis through website content, group sessions, online courses, replays, or digital materials.
INUA does not replace your physician, surgeon, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, emergency provider, or other licensed healthcare professional.
Always consult your appropriate healthcare provider before beginning any new health-related program, movement practice, bodywork, emotional processing practice, or wellness approach, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, trauma history, mental health concern, or are under active medical care.
30. Third-Party Platforms and Service Providers
INUA may use third-party providers for scheduling, payment processing, email communication, course hosting, video conferencing, replay hosting, forms, analytics, and other business operations.
INUA is not responsible for outages, errors, privacy practices, payment issues, access problems, or terms of third-party platforms.
Your use of third-party platforms may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
31. Purchases Through Affiliates or Third Parties
If you purchase an INUA-related product, event, course, or service through a third-party affiliate, partner, platform, venue, or marketplace, your purchase may also be subject to that third party’s terms and refund policy.
Refund or support requests for third-party purchases may need to be made directly through that third party.
INUA is not responsible for refunds, fees, policies, delays, or platform issues controlled by an outside provider.
32. Physical Activity and Assumption of Risk
Some services, sessions, events, courses, or materials may involve movement, breath awareness, posture changes, body awareness, physical positioning, self-touch, manual therapy, or other physical participation.
You understand that any physical activity carries some risk.
You agree to participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own body, safety, and choices.
You agree to stop immediately if you experience pain, distress, dizziness, shortness of breath, emotional overwhelm, or anything that feels unsafe.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
33. Refusal of Service
INUA reserves the right to refuse service, discontinue care, decline a booking, cancel participation, or terminate access where appropriate, including where:
A service is not clinically appropriate
A person requires care outside INUA’s scope
A person violates these terms
A person behaves inappropriately
A payment issue remains unresolved
There is a safety concern
There is a conflict of interest
A referral to another provider is appropriate
Where physical therapy care is involved, discontinuation will be handled in a professionally appropriate manner.
34. Service Availability
Services, appointments, events, coaching, courses, and digital products are subject to availability.
Jason’s working hours may fluctuate from week to week.
Sessions are by appointment only, and walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
INUA does not guarantee that a particular service, appointment time, program, event, or product will always remain available.
35. Changes to Products, Services, and Pricing
INUA may update, modify, replace, discontinue, or remove products, services, courses, digital materials, programs, events, pricing, bonuses, or promotions at any time.
If you have already purchased a product or service, your access and obligations will be governed by the terms provided at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
36. Severability
If any part of this policy is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
The remaining sections will continue in full force and effect.
37. Electronic Signatures and Electronic Communications
By purchasing, booking, registering, clicking agreement boxes, submitting forms, signing electronically, or using INUA services, you consent to conduct business electronically.
Electronic signatures, online agreements, checkboxes, emails, payment confirmations, and digital records may be used to confirm your agreement and may be treated as legally binding to the extent permitted by law.
You agree that you are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and technology needed to receive electronic communications.
38. Governing Law
These Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
To the extent legally permitted, any dispute related to purchases, digital products, coaching services, online courses, events, or non-clinical services shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Sacramento County, California.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit patient rights, professional regulatory rights, complaint processes, emergency protections, or non-waivable rights under applicable law.
39. Updates to This Policy
INUA may update this Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy from time to time.
The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the website, services, products, courses, or materials after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
