Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this website, booking an appointment, registering for an event, accessing digital content, joining an online session, downloading materials, or purchasing any service or product from INUA Physical Therapy.

By using this website or any services connected with INUA Physical Therapy, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website, book an appointment, register for a session, purchase a product, or access any INUA materials.

For the purpose of these Terms, “INUA,” “INUA Physical Therapy,” “Jason Marvin,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to INUA Physical Therapy, Jason Marvin, PT, and any related services, websites, events, programs, digital products, or communications.

1. About INUA Physical Therapy

INUA Physical Therapy is a holistic physical therapy practice founded by Jason Marvin, PT, located in Sacramento, California.

Jason Marvin is a Manual Physical Therapist with over 25 years of advanced training and is a fifth-year graduate of the Canadian School of Osteopathy.

INUA’s work is grounded in traditional osteopathic principles that recognize the body as an integrated, self-regulating system. The work focuses on restoring healthy motion within the body and between the body’s internal structures and their relationships, supporting the body’s capacity for adaptation, function, and resilience.

INUA may offer physical therapy services, manual therapy, intuitive assessment, coaching services, Energy Matrix sessions, online classes, workshops, educational resources, digital products, replays, and future online courses.

Sessions are by appointment only. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

2. Website Use

This website is provided for general informational, educational, scheduling, communication, and service-access purposes.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable, interfere with, overload, impair, or compromise the website, services, security systems, booking systems, forms, payment systems, email systems, course platforms, or any related technology.

You are responsible for obtaining your own internet access, device, software, browser, email access, and any other equipment necessary to access this website or digital services.

3. No Emergency Services

This website, email, online forms, social media, appointment requests, Energy Matrix sessions, digital products, replays, online courses, coaching services, and group sessions are not emergency services.

Do not use this website or any INUA communication channel for urgent medical, mental health, or safety emergencies.

If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe pain, sudden weakness, stroke-like symptoms, loss of consciousness, suicidal thoughts, severe allergic reaction, acute injury, severe emotional distress, or any urgent or life-threatening condition, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical care.

4. Physical Therapy Disclaimer

Physical therapy services are provided only within an appropriate clinical relationship and within the professional scope of Jason Marvin’s training, licensure, and applicable California law.

Physical therapy may include evaluation, treatment planning, manual therapy, movement-related care, education, and other services appropriate to the individual’s presentation.

No website content, email, social media post, video, replay, online course, digital product, group session, or Energy Matrix session should be interpreted as a personal physical therapy evaluation, diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for individual care.

Jason does not guarantee diagnosis, cure, pain relief, healing, recovery, emotional release, energetic release, improved function, or any specific result.

Physical therapy is individualized. Your outcome depends on many factors, including your health history, condition, body adaptability, consistency, treatment response, lifestyle, stress load, and other circumstances.

5. Direct Access Physical Therapy Notice

California law may allow a person to begin physical therapy treatment directly with a licensed physical therapist under certain conditions.

However, direct access treatment may be limited to 45 calendar days or 12 visits, whichever occurs first, unless the physical therapist receives required approval of the plan of care from an appropriate licensed provider, when required by law.

This Terms of Use page does not replace any separate written direct access notice, informed consent, intake form, plan of care, or patient documentation required for individual physical therapy services.

Jason may recommend referral to a physician, surgeon, osteopathic physician, podiatrist, chiropractor, dentist, mental health provider, emergency provider, or other licensed professional where appropriate.

6. Coaching and Educational Services Disclaimer

INUA may offer coaching services, personal development support, wellness education, group sessions, Energy Matrix sessions, workshops, online courses, self-study materials, and other non-clinical services.

Unless clearly stated otherwise in writing, these services are educational and supportive in nature and are not physical therapy treatment, medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, emergency care, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for care from your own licensed professional.

You are responsible for your own choices, participation, decisions, actions, and outcomes.

7. Energy Matrix Disclaimer

Energy Matrix sessions, teachings, group healing experiences, guided practices, replays, and related materials are intended for education, self-awareness, personal reflection, and general wellness support.

Energy Matrix may explore concepts such as energy blocks, emotional patterns, physical sensations, stress, beliefs, body awareness, intuitive insight, and life patterns.

These concepts should not be understood as medical diagnosis, disease diagnosis, psychotherapy, or guaranteed explanation for any physical or mental health condition.

Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for listening to your own body, choosing your level of participation, and seeking appropriate medical or mental health care when needed.

No specific physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual, relational, financial, or life result is promised or guaranteed.

8. Telehealth and Online Services

Some INUA services may be delivered through telehealth, video conferencing, online group sessions, phone calls, digital platforms, or other remote methods.

Before receiving health care services through telehealth, you may be informed about telehealth and asked to provide verbal or written consent. Consent may be documented.

Telehealth has limitations. It may not allow the same level of assessment, touch, hands-on treatment, observation, or support as an in-person appointment.

You are responsible for participating from a safe, private, and appropriate location.

Jason may decline or discontinue telehealth if it is not clinically appropriate, legally permitted, technically workable, or safe for the circumstances.

9. No Guarantee of Results

INUA makes every effort to represent its services, programs, and educational materials accurately.

However, we do not guarantee that you will experience any specific result from physical therapy, manual therapy, coaching, Energy Matrix, online courses, digital products, replays, workshops, group sessions, videos, emails, or any materials.

We do not guarantee pain relief, healing, emotional release, energetic release, improved movement, improved health, stress reduction, relationship change, spiritual change, personal transformation, or any other specific outcome.

Testimonials, examples, stories, or client experiences are individual experiences and should not be interpreted as typical, expected, promised, or guaranteed.

10. Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Care

INUA website content and educational materials are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, emergency care, or other licensed professional support.

Always seek advice from your physician or other qualified health provider regarding any medical condition, injury, pain, mental health concern, trauma history, medication question, or treatment decision.

Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking care because of something you read, watch, hear, or experience through INUA.

11. Appointment Information

INUA services are offered by appointment only.

Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

Primary working hours may fluctuate from week to week.

Appointment availability, service suitability, session length, pricing, and booking terms may change without notice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Appointment Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled, missed, or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be billed at the full session rate.

This policy exists because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Repeated missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations may result in limited future booking availability or discontinuation of care where professionally appropriate.

13. Payments and Purchases

INUA may charge for physical therapy services, coaching services, consultations, group sessions, Energy Matrix events, courses, digital products, replays, workshops, memberships, subscriptions, and other products or services.

Accepted payment methods may include American Express, cash, check, debit card, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.

INUA may offer digital products, downloadable materials, video files, audio files, PDFs, worksheets, online courses, course portals, replay access, and self-study programs.

15. Privacy Policy

16. Medical Privacy

If you become a patient of INUA Physical Therapy, certain information may be protected by applicable health privacy laws, including HIPAA where applicable and California medical privacy laws.

Please do not submit urgent, sensitive, or confidential medical information through unsecured website forms, email, social media, or public comments.

Violation may result in immediate removal, termination of access, and loss of refund eligibility.

24. INUA Recordings and Replays

Some INUA online sessions, workshops, webinars, Energy Matrix sessions, or courses may be recorded.

By participating in a recorded session, you understand that your name, voice, image, chat messages, questions, or comments may be captured if you choose to speak, turn on your camera, or use the chat.
